Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the NAS unit, power adapters, and drive trays into the original box, ensuring all personal data has been securely wiped from any included drives.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
